went to work today, and came to the conclusion that i want/need to find another job. they are doing all this stupid bull shit trying to get us to 1) have a handle time lower than 8:30 (average for the day), 2) solve the technical problem in that amount of time (one call resolution), and 3) try to sell the customer something also. most customers i talk to want to talk forever and ask me every question under the sun excpet for maybe why is the sky blue. also, you have these complete and utter morons who don't understand how to use a tv remote...it is just really annoying. they want too much from us, when the other employees at other centers just have to specialize in one thing, we are expected to do everything and do it faster and better than anyone else. wtf? i am just really sick of the bullshit, although the money is good, and i am really tired of customer service, even though i have only worked there for about 3 months...
oh well, i just wanted to vent about that. had a long day at work. got some decisions to make (or at least try to make - i am always too lazy to actually do anything - just end up staying where i am...). well, goodnight all...
